We collect information you provide when enrolling: name, date of birth, driver license number, address, phone number, email address, citation information, and payment details. We also collect course progress data including time spent on lessons and quiz/exam answers.
We use your personal information to: (a) verify your identity during the course, (b) generate and submit your completion certificate to your court or DMV, (c) process your payment, (d) communicate with you about your enrollment, and (e) comply with state regulatory requirements.
We share your information with: (a) your court or DMV as required to submit your completion certificate, (b) our payment processor (Stripe) to handle your payment, (c) state regulatory authorities as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your enrollment records for a minimum of 3 years as required by state law. You may request deletion of your account data after this retention period by contacting support.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
You have the right to access your personal data and request corrections. Certain data cannot be deleted while it is required for regulatory compliance.
