How long do I have to complete the course?

Most states require completion within 60 days of enrollment. Check your citation for specific deadlines.

My certificate wasn't delivered to my court. What should I do?

Wait 2–3 business days after completion. If it hasn't arrived, email us with your certificate number and we'll resend it.

Can I restart the course if I fail the exam?

Yes. You can retake the final exam after a 24-hour waiting period. Contact support if you have exhausted your attempts.

I need a refund.

Refunds are available within 30 days of payment if you have not passed the final exam. Email support with your enrollment details.
