By accessing or using Online Traffic School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Online Traffic School provides state-approved traffic violator school courses delivered online. Completion of the course and final exam results in a certificate of completion which is submitted to the court or DMV on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid traffic citation that qualifies for traffic school in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying your eligibility with your court before enrolling.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to complete the course on your behalf. Completion of identity verification challenges confirms that you are personally completing the course.
Payment is required to access course content. Refunds may be issued within 30 days of payment if you have not passed the final exam, subject to applicable state rules. Contact support to request a refund.
You must complete all lessons, pass all knowledge checks, and pass the final exam to receive a certificate. Time requirements may apply per state law. Certificates are submitted electronically to your court or DMV after completion.
You may not use automated tools, scripts, or other means to complete the course. You may not misrepresent your identity during identity verification. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and reporting to your court.
Online Traffic School is not responsible for the outcome of your court case or DMV record. We are responsible only for submitting your completion certificate as required by your state. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
